Wine Tasting Basics for two

This 1.5 hour live online course instructed by the owner and founder, Emilia, will go over the basics of wine making and need-to-know terms, all through the lens of three (white, rose', and red) artisanal, small production southern Italian wines. Each kit is portioned for two people:

• 6 x two ounce tastings of 3 different wines 
• a full bottle of wine (you choose which color!)
• snack pairing of sundried 🍅 from Basilicata, taralli from Puglia, and a Fatted Calf salami chub from Sonoma, CA or an Italian 🧀 (vegetarian) option. Vegan option also available! Just let us know in the notes/ emails

• how wine making affects a wine's flavor profile
• your personal wine preferences and wine language
