2022 Sfera Sicila Field Blend from Cossentino Pomegranate, cranberry, medium acid... Rose' is maybe our favorite Thanksgiving pairing and his wine goes down all to easily-it's lower abv makes it something to sip on all day. 

2023 Cirelli Cerasuolo di Abruzzo made from the Montepulicano grape, this dark pink rose' is traditional of the area, don't be fooled by the light pink versions stamped with the 'Cerasuolo' name. It's electric strawberry in a bottle- acid that will zing all the fat at the Thanksgiving meal, a fruity depth that won't get lost in the sweeter dishes, a persistent minerality, and a little sage savory note. Is it Thanksgiving in a bottle?

NV Cantina della Volta Brutrosso Lambrusco (Sorbara) The Bellei family only works with the Lambrusco di Sorbara variety. The most common dark, inky Lambrusco comes from the Lambrusco Salamino variety. Sorbara is more difficult to grow, especially as it does not self pollinate! and needs the Salamino variety nearby to help it to actually produce. The vineyards lie at 650m asl, which is rather unheard of in Emilia-Romagna. Surely, there are hills, but much of the cheaper Lambrusco we’re accustomed to comes from the lower lying areas. This rose' is dark pink and fleshy, bitter finish-all the parts of Lambrusco we love, but is dry with mouth watering acidity. It's incredibly universal.

This rustic and hazy magenta bubbly offers tight and mineral-flecked pomegranate, raspberry lime zest, scrubby herbs, and dried purple flowers.
