The Fiasconaro family has been in the sweets business for sometime now, starting with a small gelateria in main Piazza of the town of Castelbuono, Sicily.  It was Nicola, one of the three, to take on the challenge of perfecting the Panettone, no small feat as Panettone is an incredibly difficult bread to make. They now offer an incredible line of Panettone, forever changing the trajectory of the business to an internationally recognized name.

The Tradizionale is the original style of Panettone, made with citrus, honey, sweet wine of the region, with candied orange and raisins folded into the fluffy layers.
