Due Terre 'Iancu' Sicilia IGT Bianco Due Terre Wines is a collaboration between friends. All wines are made from the indigenous grapes of Sicily and all are certified organic, with minimal intervention and wine making in order to allow the characteristics of the grape to shine through. Sicily has the largest number of organic vineyards in Italy, but these grapes are often sold off as bulk wine to the north. Dur Terre is reclaiming these grapes and bottling them as wines of origin, rather than allowing them to disappear into another anonymous bottle of bulk wine.

The winemaking is simple: Grapes were harvested in mid-September, gently pressed and cold fermented at 57° F/13° C for 15 days, and then simply aged for 4
months in concrete tanks.

NV Sfera Sicilia IGT Rosato (Cossentino) Sfera collaborates with various producers, the wine changing each year. Their motto is, bulk wines with an artisanal outlook. This iteration is 80% Nero d'Avola, 10% Nerello Cappuccio, 5% Perricone, and 5% Catarratto. Organic, low sulfites, no fining or filtration.

Pomegranate, cranberry, medium acid. A great BBQ wine to share with friends and grilled veges. 

Due Terre 'Nivuru' Sicilia IGT Rosso an 80 Nero d'Avola/ 20 Frappato blend, this captivating red wine on the nose reveals an enchanting bouquet of bright red and black fruits like red cherry and black currant, intertwined with delicate floral notes and a subtle hint of spice. The wine is medium bodied, but its freshness deserves a slight chill, drink straight from the Igloo Cooler.
