The Fiasconaro family has been in the sweets business for sometime now, starting with a small gelateria in main Piazza of the town of Castelbuono, Sicily.  It was Nicola, one of the three, to take on the challenge of perfecting the Panettone, no small feat as Panettone is an incredibly difficult bread to make. They now offer an incredible line of Panettone, forever changing the trajectory of the business to an internationally recognized name.

The Cioccolato panettone is the same bread base as the tradizionale, but instead of candied oranged and nuts, you will find chocolate chips!
