Eastern Sicilian Reds: Mt. Etna, Val di Noto, & Vittoria
Three reds from three terroir in Eastern Sicily made by three of the areas' most esteemed producers. These wines not only serve as benchmarks of their respective region, but of the grape varieties as well. The Federico Curtaz Nero d'Avola from Noto will replace the Marabino.
- Biondi's blend of Etna's native Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio
- Marabino’s 100% Nero d'Avola from the grape's spiritual home in Noto, in the province of Siracusa
- Arianna Occhipinti's fresh, vibrant and mineral Frappato from its true home in Vittoria.
All showcase the different terrain of Sicily and her claim to some on Italy's most fantastic varieties, yet with their mineral backbone, all are undeniably Sicily.
