2021 AIA dei Colombi Falanghina del Sannio

The Colombi family believes that responsible and attentive farming is the key to quality wine. It’s a simple outlook that all winemakers agree upon, but they will also agree it is not so easy to achieve. This family winery is practicing organic and committed to cultivating native Campanian grapes. Their winemaking is straightforward and clean, a textbook Falanghina.

Falanghina is indigenous to Campania, and even more specifically, this particular biotype is native to the Sannio area. The wine hits all the points: bright, dry, with notes of white peach, slate, saline, & basil. A delicious aperitivo white.
